The RCD is a local non-regulatory agency whose mission is to promote responsible watershed management through voluntary community stewardship and technical assistance.

Napa County Flood Control District
The Napa County Flood Control District's Watershed Maintenance Program provides partial funding for bank repair projects and assists landowners with managing vegetation and debris within streams to protect homes from flooding.
